State of the HOA meeting will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 4PM at the Front Pool Area. During this meeting, all homeowners will be updated on the Association's progress and future plans. The Annual Member's Meeting will be held in the Fall. The Association will be providing hotdogs, drinks and snowballs during the meeting. Please bring chairs!

During this meeitng, new pool key fobs will be distributed. All current key fobs (issued prior to 4/28/19) will be turned off on June 14, 2019. Homeowners may exchange their current key fob for a new fob OR may purchase additional fobs for $15.00/ea. All homeowners must complete the POOL KEY FOB APPLICATION FORM

in order to receive a working fob. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Renaissance Property Management

after 4/28/19 to make arrangements to pick up a new key.

St Tammany Parish will soon begin replacing sections of concrete near the exit by the

gardens and near the front pool. Please use caution when driving through this area.

if you see someone in the pool afterhours.
