Architectural Control Committee

All plans for exterior alterations to a property must be submitted to the Madison Farm Architectural Committee (MFACC) for approval. It is the responsibility of the homeowner, not the hired contractor, to seek approval prior to commencement.

Exterior alterations requiring prior approval includes but is not limited to: new construction, additions, swimming pools, fences, decks, patios/slabs, shed/storage buildings, solar panels, paint (exterior), landscaping, driveway extensions, etc.

If you're not sure if your project requires approval, just ask!

Completed applications (available below), with all required information can be submitted to info@renmgt.com. Homeowners are reminded to never begin a project until written approval is received from the MFACC.

Homeowners are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from governmental entities.
